We collect from your supplier or warehouse, transport it safely using purpose-built equipment and protective padding, and deliver it into the space ready for you to enjoy. Whatever level of service you’re after, from a simple drop-off through to full white glove delivery, we have you covered.

The standard stays the same whether we’re working with a retailer coordinating multiple deliveries a week or a homeowner receiving a single statement piece. Our team arrives uniformed and on time, ready to represent your brand or treat your home as if it were our own.

Do you deliver to both retail stores and directly to customers?


Yes. We handle trade runs for retailers, interior designers, and stylists. This includes collecting from suppliers or warehouses and delivering to the end customer on your behalf. We also do direct deliveries for homeowners receiving a single piece.

What areas do you service?


We cover all of South-East Queensland and the Northern Rivers region of NSW. Our service area stretches from Noosa in the north, down to Ballina in the south, and west out to Toowoomba, covering the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Tweed, and Byron Shire along the way.

Do you assemble the furniture and remove packaging?


We offer three service levels to suit different needs.

Standard Delivery is a straightforward drop-off to your door or nominated room.

Deluxe Delivery includes drop-off, unboxing, and full removal of all packaging and rubbish.

White Glove Delivery is our complete service, covering delivery, unboxing, full assembly, placement in the room of your choice, and removal of all packaging and rubbish.

How do you protect furniture during transit?


Our vehicles are fitted out specifically for furniture, and on every job we use purpose-built equipment including protective padding, trolleys, straps, and blankets. Every piece is handled as if it’s going into our own home.

With our background in removals, we’re equipped and experienced to handle far more than simple boxed deliveries. Whether an item needs to be unpackaged to fit through narrow access, manoeuvred around tight corners, or hoisted up to a balcony, we have the skills and gear to get your furniture exactly where it needs to be.

Do you deliver upstairs or to properties with stair access?


Yes, absolutely. Stair access, tight entryways, and difficult properties are all part of what we do. Because every job is different, pricing for stair access is tailored to the specific item and situation. Get in touch with our team and we’ll provide a quote to suit.
