Project Focus
Turning over a three-storey hillside residence into an Airbnb-ready home required more than a standard staging delivery. The existing furniture had to be removed and disposed of, new designer furniture had to be delivered across difficult access and up three levels, and every piece had to be assembled and placed before the property could be presented. All of it managed by one team, in one coordinated job.

Overview
ZAPD Movers partnered with Peachy Days Styling on the complete transformation of a three-storey hillside residence in Tweed Heads, preparing the property for Airbnb.
The scope covered both ends of the job. Existing furniture was removed from all three levels and disposed of, clearing the property completely. New designer furniture was then delivered up the steep driveway, carried across multiple flights of stairs, assembled on site, and placed exactly as Peachy Days had designed the space.
Handling the removal, delivery, assembly, and placement under one team kept the project on schedule and ensured the property was Airbnb-ready on completion. Hillside access, internal stair carries, and full-home furniture turnover were all managed without disruption or damage.
