Project Focus
Event logistics run on fixed timelines. The equipment had to arrive, be in place before the day began, and be gone on schedule afterwards, all within an operating five star resort. Tight access windows and shared loading zones meant every movement was planned around the venue, with zero disruption to guests or the event itself.

Overview
ZAPD Movers handled the bump in and bump out for the Gallagher Security Charity Golf Day at RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast.
Events like this have no margin for late arrivals or slow pack downs. Our team delivered the equipment ahead of the event, coordinated access with venue management, and worked through designated routes without disrupting resort operations.
Two days later we returned for the bump out, packing everything down and removing it on schedule, leaving the venue exactly as we found it. A great cause, a great venue, and the kind of job where the best logistics are the ones nobody notices.
